Fire & Ice

I wanted to get a treasury on Etsy but it looks to be futile at this point, so I decided to put up a “treasury of my own” on my own personal blog site. I’ve chosen items that represent fire & ice, some will warm you when it’s so cold outside and a few for you to “chill out” with, & to represent winter’s beauty. I always pair these two together because those of us being born under the fire sign – which is fire, passion, heat….need the coolness to temper that and balance us out. Each of these items is either handmade, supplies for handmade or vintage items. They are beautiful, handcrafted and many times, one-of-a-kind.

  6. Happy New Year – this must be a good omen for the New Year – starting out with one of my pieces featured in your beautiful winter Treasury. You made some great choices all of which I wish Santa left in my stocking! Sometimes it is these little special, personal Treasury’s that mean more because they come from the heart!

  7. Yes, it should be MagdaleneJewels! Hey, I’ve had flu for a week so I’m a little medicated right now :)

Lovely combination of fire and ice. And I like what you said about the firey signs needing to be tempered by the cooler signs. Happy New Year.
